The major winter storm has dumped heavy snow on the Upper Peninsula since Friday, but the amount of snow varies, as it usually does.
The National Weather Service has been constantly updating these totals, and these are asof early Sunday morning. There is still a Winter Weather Advisory in effect for Marquette, Alger, Luce, northern Schoolracft, and southern Chippewa Counties through 7:00 Sunday evening. The Winter Weather Advisory for the western U.P. counties is set to expire Sunday morning.
