The Michigan Supreme Court has denied Kelly Cochran’s appeal of her murder conviction.
The court issued a two-line statement Tuesday denying the appeal of her June 20-19 Court of Appeals judgment that went against her. The Supreme Court ruling stated that justices were “not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this court”.
The Iron County woman was found guilty on all five counts in the death of Christopher Regan.
She was convicted after a two-and-a-half-week-long trial in connection with the death of her boyfriend, the 53-year-old Regan.
