Teenaged Boy Hurt After Pulling Bike In Front Of Car Near Big Bay

A 14-year-old Big Bay boy is suffering what are called non life-threatening injuries after his bike collided with a car Saturday afternoon.

The sheriff says it happened just after two on County Road 550 at Perkins Park. Deputies say the youngster pulled in front of the driver, a 16-year-old boy from Gwinn. The crash in under investigation. The victim was taken by ambulance to U-P Health Systems Marquette.
