Police in Ironwood say they used a stun gun to subdue a stolen car suspect Sunday.
Officers say the suspect made off with a car parked at a gas pump of a local convenience store about 11:30 Sunday morning. Sheriff’s deputies say the suspect rammed their patrol car a short time later in Bessemer. He was then spotted in Ironwood, where he crashed into yet another car. Officers say the suspect then ran onto busy U-S 2, where they used a stun gun to finally subdue him. He’s lodged in the Gogebic County Jail on numerous charges.
