Texas Roadhouse is bringing its steaks, ribs and made-from-scratch side dishes to the Upper Peninsula.
The steakhouse is coming to Marquette, and is currently hiring for all full and part-time positions.
Construction began earlier this year and the 7,926-square foot restaurant, loacted at 3440 US-41 West, is scheduled to open in late February.
Marquette’s Texas Roadhouse will be a full-service, casual dining concept known for its hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs and comfortable, down-home atmosphere. The menu also features an assortment of steaks, ribs, chicken, salads, hamburgers, and vegetables. Most selections include two made-from-scratch side items and unlimited fresh-baked bread and peanuts.
Marquette’s new Texas Roadhouse will employ a staff of 240 people. Those interested in employment can apply directly to Marquette opportunities at apply.texasroadhouse.com. A hiring trailer, in the parking lot, will conduct interviews Monday through Saturday 10:00 am – 8:00 pm starting in January.
Once open, the restaurant will serve dinner-only Monday through Thursday from 3:00 –10:00 pm, Friday from 3:00 – 11:00 pm and be open for lunch and dinner Saturday 11:00 am – 11:00 pm and Sunday, 11:00 am – 10:00 pm.
