Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson today announced Trenton Rankin, RN BSN CEN, who has most recently served as manager of hospital supervisors/clinical education, has been named chief nursing officer of the Michigan Region.
Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson President Mandy Shelast commented, “Trenton has shown his leadership skills at various levels in our organization, and he is the perfect person to fill this role. A Florence, Wisconsin High School graduate, Trenton has been a registered nurse for over 24 years, earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. Trenton is board certified in emergency nursing (CEN). He is enrolled in a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Leadership and Administration. Trenton has been with Dickinson for over 22 years.
System Chief Nursing Executive, Marshfield Clinic Health System, Jacquelyn Frombach DNP, RN, shared,

Rankin’s knowledge and experience make him an excellent fit for this role. He will lead efforts to develop and maintain a work environment that supports the organizational mission, values, goals, and initiatives of the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS). Providing vision and guidance in developing highly competent patient care operational structures, exemplifying quality and safety, and promoting a culture of innovative patient-centered care focused on excellence.
