The locally owned and operated provisioning center, The Fire Station Cannabis Co., is opening their fourth location on Wednesday, June 16th. The Upper Peninsula-based cannabis retail company’s new location will be located next to the Island Oasis in Hannahville. This will be the closest location for many Wisconsin residents. The Fire Station is open to recreational customers 21 years of age and older.
The Fire Station offers high-quality cannabis products with a focus on choice from a wide variety of brands across the State of Michigan. Flower, edibles, pre-rolls, concentrates, and accessories are all available for order in-store or online at 906fire.com.
Logan Stauber, co-owner explains “This a monumental day for us. Opening in Hannahville is a unique opportunity that aligns great entertainment experiences, and a store that provides the highest level of quality and service in Cannabis.”
The Hannahville location is the second new store opening for The Fire Station this summer. Two additional stores are in progress in Munising, and Sault Ste. Marie with pending licenses in additional Upper Peninsula cities, as well.
Stosh Wasik, co-owner says “This is a historic partnership with the Hannahville Indian Community. We are extremely excited to be able to bring this to the community. Many patrons across the UP have been asking us for closer locations to increase accessibility to The Fire Station. We hope to have 5 to 6 locations open across the U.P. in 2021 and we have our eyes on a few more for 2022.”
“With this new location, we will have provided over 100 new jobs in the Upper Peninsula since we first opened in 2019” Stauber added.
The Fire Station also offers delivery across the entire 16,000 square miles of the upper peninsula.
The Hannahville grand opening will be held on June 16th and include a goodie bag for early customers. Going forward, the Hannahville location will be open Sunday – Thursday from 9 am – 9 pm with special hours Friday – Saturday from 9 am – 1 am.
