The U-P Steam and Gas Engine Association is putting on its annual Christmas In the Village event at the U-P State Fairgrounds.
All of the shops in the village will be open, with lots of unique gifts for sale, made by local craftsmen.
There will be arts and crafts on sale in the community hall, there will be free wagon rides and roasted chestnuts.
It’s open from noon until 7 Friday, and from 10 until 6 on Saturday.
Admission is free, but you’re encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to be given to local charities.
