There will be a recall election this November in two Delta County townships.
County Clerk Nancy Kolich announced Tuesday that recall petitions have been certified against Fairbanks Township Supervisor Ron Collins, Clerk Kathryn Denholm, and Trustee James Dalgord…and petitions are certified against Garden Township Supervisor Morgan Tatrow.
The petitions were circulated this summer by two citizens who claim that there were conflicts of interest in these officials’ support of wind farm expansion in the townships. The recall elections will be on the ballot along with the general elections on November 6th.
