The city of Escanaba is looking for a new city clerk. The decision Thursday night follows the resignation of Lisa Glish from the position that she’s only held since May.
Glish stepped down after several council members and local citizens questioned how she was hired. The council decided to combine the clerk’s position with an IT position as they advertise for applicants.
