OSF HealthCare announces John Klim, DO will retire from OSF Medical Group – Ear, Nose & Throat this month. Dr. Klim’s last day serving patients will be Tuesday, July 31, 2018. Dr. Klim has been a vital part of the OSF St. Francis Medical Staff and has served the community with great dedication and compassion for the last 29 years.
In August of 1989, Dr. Klim started an Ear, Nose & Throat practice and Dr. Thomas Carlson joined in July of 1996, forming U.P. Otolaryngology, PC. They had been providing cutting edge specialty Ear, Nose and Throat services to the residents of the Upper Peninsula and maintained a strong partnership with OSF HealthCare throughout the years. In July of 2016, U.P. Otolaryngology, PC was acquired by OSF HealthCare and patients have continued to receive the same quality service, with greater access to resources.
“We have been blessed to have Dr. Klim serve our community for so many years. He has provided expertise, consistency and compassion for our patients and for that, we are grateful. We wish him all the best in his retirement,” said Dave Lord, President of OSF St. Francis Hospital.
Patients of Dr. Klim will not need to do anything, as they will automatically be enrolled with Dr. Carlson or Aleah Sisitki, PA, who will both continue to serve the community with OSF Medical Group – Ear, Nose & Throat.
