One Hurt, One Ticketed In Marquette Traffic Accident

Marquette City Police responded to the two car personal injury accident on the corner of Lincoln Avenue and W. Bluff Street at about 11:17 a.m.

Police say 24 year old Aunjah Turnbull, of New Jersey, was stopped at the stop sign on east bound W. Bluff Street at Lincoln Ave.  The second driver, 21 year old Marquette resident Kyndra Fraly, was traveling southbound on Lincoln Avenue when Turnbull entered the intersection and collided with Fraly’s vehicle.

Turnbull would later seek her own treatment and Fraly was transported to Upper Peninsula Health Systems Marquette by Upper Peninsula Health System EMS.  Turnbull was found at fault and cited for Failing to Yield.

The Marquette Police Department was also assisted by the Marquette Fire Department.
