The signal at the intersection of US-2 and M-95 in Iron Mountain has been damaged in a traffic crash and is temporarily out of service.
The signal was pulled down when a semi-truck struck a utility pole at the intersection Wednesday evening.
Crews from The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) are being mobilized to begin repairs. The signal is expected to be back in operation late Friday. MDOT urges motorists to use caution when approaching the intersection. Temporary stop signs are in place on southbound M-95 at the intersection.
